We hereby appoint Refund Technology as our
agent for the purpose of auditing the on-time delivery of
our DHL, and/or FedEx, and/or UPS shipments and obtaining
refunds for us and we hereby authorize DHL, FedEx, and UPS
to share our shipment information with Refund Technology. We
understand that Refund Technology charges a fee for their
work and we agree to promptly pay Refund Technology in
accordance with the services we subscribe to. Either
party may cancel this service agreement without
additional cost or restriction by 15 days advance written
notice to the other party.
