Refund Technology Announces Termination of DHL© Audit Service.
Warwick, RI – January 1, 2009 Refund Technology, Inc. announced today that it is discontinuing it's auditing service for DHL© shipments effective January 31, 2009.
To coincide with DHL's planned withdrawal from the US domestic market, Refund Technology is eliminating this service offering.

Refund Technology Announces "Smart" Referral Program.
Warwick, RI – July 1, 2008 Refund Technology, Inc. announced today that it is offering a referral plan for existing customers.
Effective today, Refund Technology is offering existing customers a valuable program for earning account credits for referring new customers.
Under the "Smart" Referral Program, existing customers need only to refer new shippers to our service. If a referred shipper sign's up with us, we will issue a credit of $25.00 for each entity, to the referrer's account. No limit to the number of referral credits.
COMMON SENSE: We reserve the right to revoke a referral credit if new customer is not in good standing after 3 months of service.

Refund Technology Announces Expansion of it's Fee Based Refund Services.
Warwick, RI – March 31, 2008 Refund Technology, Inc. announced today that it is expanding it's fixed fee refund processing services to include monthly pricing.
Effective today, Refund Technology is offering new customers it's valuable DHL© service for a nominal monthly fee per carrier account. Shippers keep 100% of all refunds. The DHL© refund service will become part of our "Smart" Plan group of fixed-fee plans.
For Retail Shipping Centers: We offer our "Smart Bundle", where two carrier accounts that are signed up for the "Smart" monthly plan will be $29.99 monthly or $349.00 yearly.
Pick and choose the best mix: You can have us audit one account under the Split Plan and another under the fixed price plan.

Technology is in the business of auditing the FedEx©, UPS© and DHL© shipping
activity of our customers for the purpose of determining whether or not the
carrier has met their service guarantee. When the carrier does not meet
their service guarantee, we take the steps necessary to get the shipper’s
freight cost refunded in accordance with the carrier’s guarantee policies.
Late shipments that are eligible for refunds are a statistical certainty
representing approximately 5% - 10% of all shipments. Last year, refunds
available from late shipments totaled over $2 Billion. Only a tiny fraction
of that money was ever recovered because very few shippers track their
shipments and even fewer take all the steps necessary to obtain the
refunds. Refund Technology has ended that dilemma.
Refund Technology has been qualified as an “Approved Vendor” by the Associated Mail and Parcel Centers (www.ampc.org).
