2. STEP 2 - Please go to www.refundtechnology1.com, choose your correct

Be sure to type your "MyUPS" or UPS Billing Center User ID and Password on
the sign-up page where indicated.

We will find them and get UPS to refund your shipping charges when the
tracking number has not had an origin scan in 15 days.
Once approved, UPS will credit your next invoice, just like
service-failures! We will bill you for our fee at the end of the month.

activity of our customers for the purpose of determining whether or not the
carrier has met their service guarantee. When the carrier does not meet
their service guarantee, we take the steps necessary to get the shipper’s
freight cost refunded in accordance with the carrier’s guarantee policies.
Late shipments that are eligible for refunds are a statistical certainty
representing approximately 5% - 10% of all shipments. Last year, refunds
available from late shipments totaled over $2 Billion. Only a tiny fraction
of that money was ever recovered because very few shippers track their
shipments and even fewer take all the steps necessary to obtain the
refunds. Refund Technology has ended that dilemma.

shipments. When our systems determine that a package has arrived late, we
automatically apply for the refund on behalf of the customer. For the
split plan service, Refund Technology charges a fee of 50% of the refunds obtained.
