refunds and account credits on our behalf and hereby authorize

to share our shipment information with Refund Technology. We
understand that Refund Technology charges a fee for their
work and we agree to promptly pay Refund Technology in
accordance with the services we subscribe to. By
submitting this form, I assert that I am the Financially Responsible
Person listed above and am authorized to bind the
Organization to this agreement. Either
party may cancel this service agreement without
additional cost or restriction by 15 days advance written
notice to the other party. I have read and hereby agree to
be bound by the Refund Technology Terms of
Service.
