Our service is really as simple as described.  You ship packages just as you normally do.  The carriers deliver some of them late.  We get your service failure refunds for you.

If you do the math, you will realize net savings of up to 5% - 7%, or more, of your combined DHL, FedEx and UPS bills.  In order to get these savings, all you have to do is sign up.

If you are not happy with our service, you may cancel at any time.

Retail shippers can keep up to 70% or more of their shipping refunds.  Here's why.

Our fee is 50% of the FedEx and UPS refunds that you get as a result of our work. We charge $9.99 per month for DHL.

Let's run some numbers.  To make the math easier, assume your shipping mix is 40% DHL, 30% FedEx, and 30% UPS. You can plug in your own figures later.

The shipping mix approximates the proportion of refunds available to you. That is, if 40% of your shipments go DHL, then 40% of your overall late shipments and refunds are attributable to DHL, and so on.

To calculate the percentage of refunds that you get to keep, multiply the percentage of your shipping mix times the portion that you keep, and add the three carriers together for the total.

DHL: You keep 100% of the refunds for $9.99. 40% x 100% = 40%
FedEx: You keep 50% of the refunds. 30% x 50% = 15%
UPS: You keep 50% of the refunds. 30% x 50% = 15%

With that shipping mix, of all of the refunds available to you, we provide about 70% free.  That's 40% + 15% + 15% = 70%.  The best part is that we do all the work!

We are like an insurance policy, but your only premium is a tiny portion of what we recover for you.
